Type "LPS" trucks are utilized in similar applications to Type "GS" and Type "EE" electric forklifts.

Type "G/LP" forklifts are duel fuel units in view of the fact that they may be operated on either gasoline or LPG with no change to the fuel system. Type "DS" lift trucks are fueled by diesel and meet all requirements of a Type "D" truck and comprise different equipment installed to the exhaust system, electrical system and fuel system to be able to allow them to be used in certain unsafe locations. Type "DS" lift trucks are utilized in comparable applications to Type "GS", Type "LPS" and Type "EE" electric lift trucks. Type "DY" trucks are diesel fueled and meet all the requirements of Type "DS" lift trucks and in addition do not comprise whatever electrical devices installed. These use air starters and include provisions for controlling the temperature of truck parts. These type forklifts are used in similar application to the Type "EE" electric lift trucks.
